Backround
The lawsuits claim that the Defendants in each lawsuit agreed to unlawfully raise the price of certain vehicle component parts. As a result, consumers and businesses who purchased or leased qualifying new vehicles (not for resale) containing those parts or who indirectly purchased qualifying replacement parts (not for resale) from the Defendants may have paid more than they should have.

Who Is Eligible?
All persons and business who, between January 1, 1996 and at least January 1, 2018, either
  1. bought or leased a new motor vehicle in the U.S (not for resale), or
  2. paid to replace one or more of the new motor vehicle parts listed in the litigation.
Note: Any claim received after February 28, 2020 will be received with no guarantee of acceptance by the claims administrator.
